Each inspection takes around 4 hours and includes:

1. Inspection for a variety of wood destroying insects including Subterranean Termites, Drywood Termites, Carpenter Ants, Beetles, and Wood Borers
2. Inspection of interior, exterior, and attic
3. Inspection with moisture meter to search for leaks or moisture problems – a conducive condition for termites and wood destroying insects

We offer traditional liquid treatments as well as baiting solutions depending on the situation

Liquid Chemical Treatment

1. We use either  or  to create a chemical barrier between your house and possible termite entry points
2. Treatment takes around 3-5 hours
3. Comes with 1 year renewable warranty
4. Annual inspection with warranty renewal
5. We have had great success with both Premise and Termidor and have found liquid treatments to be the best solution most of the time

Termite Baiting Systems

1. We place  termite bait stations around the structure to both monitor and treat termite activity
2. Inspected monthly

1 year warranty with annual renewals
